Why ABCR

Why Chose ABCR

It is estimated that American companies lose over $300 Billion a year because of conflicts from incivility of work performance, low employee morale, and loss of revenue.  (Picincu, A, 2019).  From this study, eye opening concerns within company cultures were discovered:

80% of employees lost work time worrying about the incident.

63% lost work time avoiding the offender.

48% of employees intentionally decreased their work effort.

47% of employees intentionally decreased the time spent at work.

30% of employees intentionally decreased the quality of their work.

78% said that their commitment to the organization declined.

66% said that their performance declined.

12% of employees left their job because of the incident.

25% admitted to taking their frustration out on customers.

In Harvard Business Review (September 1993), research has found that rewards succeed for temporary compliance only.  Lasting changes in behavior are extraordinarily ineffective.  After a reward, people ultimately revert to their old behaviors.  These extrinsic motivators do not alter attitudes that underline behaviors, thus do not create commitment to any long-lasting action.

But what if there is a proven program that can focus on attitude encouragement?  A program with beneficial results for employees and your company?

The ABCR program is such an endeavor with proven statistics such as:

60% workforce participation on positive values.

70% reduction in safety KPI’s.

85% improvement in productivity.

50% reduction in rework in a process.

60% reduction in incivility at the worksite.

30% reduction in absenteeism.

Reductions in employee turnover and employee absenteeism.

By providing the Attitude Based Culture Reformation (ABCR), companies will be able to provide a more positive and productive environment:

Expected greater focus and prioritization.

Expected greater enjoyment and satisfaction.

Expected better health and well-being.

Expected increase in production.

Expected optimal safety culture.

Expected first-rate behavioral mindset and high morale.

Expected growth in Leadership awareness.

Stimulating personal goals to align with company objectives presents a ventral heading from appropriate intentions to purpose.  The Attitude & Behavioral Critical Response Program is rendered as a grassroots model in developing the workforce culture and inspired behavior.  Creating innovative practices for a prominent work environment.  Stimulating supportive attitudes in connection with desired behaviors.
